HOW 3 RESTAURANTS ACHIEVED UP TO 10,000% ENGAGEMENT GROWTH

When Bistro Summér, Restaurant Koefoed, and Restaurant Hummer partnered with Think PR, the objective was clear. The focus was on increasing engagement, growing followers, and strengthening visibility on Instagram. From the outset, all growth was organic, and paid advertising was not part of the strategy.

At the same time, the ambition was long-term. Sustainable growth on social media does not come from trends or volume alone. Instead, it comes from a clear and credible brand identity.

Each restaurant maintains its own digital presence. In practice, the online experience mirrors the guest experience in the restaurant. Rather than consolidating the three restaurants into a single shared strategy, we develop and maintain three distinct social media strategies.

Restaurant Koefoed features modern, Bornholm-inspired cuisine. Restaurant Hummer builds on deep expertise in seafood and shellfish. Meanwhile, Bistro Summér reflects a warm, Parisian-inspired atmosphere.

These differences actively guide how each restaurant communicates. As a result, tone of voice, visual expression, and storytelling align closely with each brand.

WHAT WE DO

Our work focuses on both consistency and relevance. We plan content continuously, produce high quality photography, collaborate with carefully selected influencers, and manage each community actively. In addition, the content highlights real moments, craftsmanship, and atmosphere. This approach encourages conversation and strengthens relationships with followers.

The results continue to validate the strategy. Bistro Summér has achieved a 2000 percent increase in engagement. Restaurant Hummer has seen engagement grow by 6000 percent. Restaurant Koefoed has reached a 10000 percent increase.

Across all three Instagram accounts, followers, reach, and profile visits continue to grow. More importantly, the accounts now function as authentic reflections of the restaurants themselves. They clearly show what guests can expect when visiting these Copenhagen restaurants.

GOING FORWARD

This ongoing partnership underlines a core principle in restaurant and hospitality marketing. Social media performs best when personality leads. When a clear identity is supported by strategy, organic growth follows.
